Factbook, a specialist provider of fund reporting, marketing and data management solutions to the investment community today announces the release of their latest solution delivery platform, Factbook Studio 10™.
Studio 10™ provides clients with – for the first time – a single, unified, extensible platform from which to oversee and manage the entirety of Factbook’s Solution Suite. Studio 10™ boasts enhanced workflow management and monitoring, allowing process managers a completely customisable dashboard view of their reporting process across multiple channels – including Client Reports, Factsheets, Feeds and Pitchbooks.
This component unification seamlessly streamlines output production, from initial content retrieval through to output dissemination. Further, it facilitates the extension and enhancement of the platform’s proprietary workflow functionality – thus allowing process managers a complete overview of their marketing and communications collateral production process from a single point.
In addition to the extension of workflow functionality, Studio 10™ also features the automatic generation of custom process KPI reports, enabling the performance of all process contributors to be monitored, logged and reported upon. This allows process managers to easily identify any common points of failure and thereby meaningfully achieve continual process improvement within their production cycle.
Studio 10™ also includes, as standard, a comprehensive suite of exception reporting and validation tools, that allow users to identify any errors in report content as early as possible in the production cycle. This ability is further enhanced by the inclusion of a spot editing tool which allows real-time, permission-controlled, direct access to any data item used to generate the report content, including raw underlying data such as price histories and holdings as well as Factbook derived data.
